CTSI Clinical Research Center

Overview of Services

The CTSI Clinical Research Center charges for space and services performed including:

  •         Administrative and Start-up Fees
  •         Nursing (hourly by patient time in/out, or budgeted by the visit)
  •         Space (time usage)
  •         Study Coordinator services (hourly)
  •         ECG reads (set fee per read)


Each protocol is budgeted separately depending on the services required.  Protocols budgeted by the visit, have different charges for each visit.  Visit data is pulled from census activity in our WebCAMP software system.  Excel spreadsheets are used to enter each visit to be billed and the visit ID.  This information is matched to account numbers and charges within a calculating spreadsheet.  The calculated information for the visits is captured, and saved into a spreadsheet appropriate for uploading all the charges in the billing cycle into iLab.
