Stark Flow Cytometry & Microscopy Core Facility

Overview of Services

The Stark Neurosciences Research Institute's Flow Cytometry and Microscopy Core Facility (FCMCF) is a full-service shared resource (core) facility serving SNRI researchers. We provide access to and training on state-of-the-art flow cytometers and microscopes, as well as consult on experimental design and analysis. Our mandate: enable our users to generate high-quality, rigorous data in the pursuit of their scientific goals.

Non-SNRI labs and external clients are also welcome! Please reach out to schedule an initial consultation.

Acknowledgment: All publications and presentations using data or expertise sourced in the FCMCF must include an acknowledgement, such as the following:
“The data for this (manuscript/presentation) was generated at the Stark Neuroscience Research Institute’s Flow Cytometry and Microscopy Core Facility RRID:SCR_028155”
Acknowledging the cores is essential for our continued funding!

Booking time beyond the standard limits, non-standard hardware configurations, and other needs are handled on a case-by-base basis. Please reach out to Riley Hannan directly.
